They are parts of the history of a place. One such space is the historical Kresten Raisin Festival, an institution that for decades was a point of reference for the whole of Ilia and was associated with summers full of music, tradition and human moments. The Raisin Festival was held in Krestena from 1978 to 2002, as a three-day agro-cultural event of national scope. It was dedicated to the farmer and to black currant, the "black gold" of Morea, a product that supported the economy and identity of the region for decades.
